Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 5 years of Marketing experience, preferably in F&B, Hospitality, Restaurant, Café, Bar or Lifestyle businesses.
- Proven experience in developing Marketing strategies and managing integrated campaigns.
- Experience managing a Marketing team or multiple marketing functions.
- Experience with venue opening, F&B promotions, KOL/KOC campaigns or customer acquisition is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content and CRM.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and external partners.
- Proficiency in CRM, digital marketing platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
- Customer-focused with a good understanding of F&B consumer behavior.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications or a related field.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and project management skills.
- Personal Attributes
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Good leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative, proactive and commercially minded.
