Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, IMC, or Marketing Campaigns;
• Experience working in technology companies, digital platforms, mobile applications, beauty-tech, e-commerce, or fast-growing startups is highly preferred;
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels;
• Experience collaborating with Product and cross-functional teams to support product launches or feature adoption is an advantage;

Mô tả công việc

• Responsibilities and Duties
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and product adoption for the bBeauty app;
• Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, PR, influencer marketing, and offline activations;
• Develop campaign concepts, key messages, and content strategies that effectively communicate the brand and product value to target audiences;
• Create marketing content and coordinate the development of communication materials across multiple platforms to support marketing campaigns;
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Performance Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to execute marketing campaigns, support new feature launches, and enhance the user experience;
• Coordinate with KOLs, influencers, agencies, and media partners to maximize campaign reach and engagement;
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze user insights and marketing metrics, and recommend optimization strategies;
• Stay updated on beauty industry trends, consumer behavior, mobile app trends, and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities;
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
