Graphic design skills with experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro), or similar tools.
Experience in digital marketing campaign management is an advantage.
Experience organizing and coordinating customer events, seminars, workshops, webinars, and trade exhibitions is preferred.
Proficiency in AI-powered tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, NotebookLM, Google Flow, Canva AI, and other AI platforms to support marketing activities and content creation.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).

Are you passionate about digital marketing, lead generation, and leveraging AI-powered tools to drive business growth? Join tesa and become part of a dynamic regional team supporting marketing activities across Southeast Asia.
As a Marketing Specialist (SEA), you will play a key role in executing regional marketing initiatives, managing digital platforms, supporting lead generation activities, and optimizing marketing performance through modern digital and AI tools.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams across Southeast Asia and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns and customer engagement programs.
General Marketing Responsibilities:
Manage tesa's generic email accounts and lead management process in the CRM system for the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.
Support the development and coordination of customer gifts and promotional merchandise for SEA markets.
Identify and qualify prospects and generate leads through various marketing and business development channels.
Coordinate and support the rollout of global and regional marketing initiatives across SEA e.g. implement local product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities and other designated markets.
Monitor and achieve KPIs as defined by the Strategic Marketing Manager, SEA.
Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Colima (Contract) related to marketing activities and expenditures.
Marketing Communication & Digital:
Support sales and marketing initiatives, including customer technical days, seminars, workshops, webinars, and exhibitions.
Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing collateral to support sales and business development activities.
Translate, localize, and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and timely updates.
Adapt global and regional marketing materials, social media content, advertisements, and press releases for local markets.
Support SEO and SEM initiatives in collaboration with the regional marketing communications team to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings.
Utilize and manage digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, PIM, Google Analytics, and CRM marketing automation tools.
Serve as a key user of the CRM system (MS Dynamics), ensuring effective lead management and data quality across SEA.
Leverage AI-powered tools to improve marketing efficiency, content creation, and campaign effectiveness.
Maintain and update product and marketing data on tesaPRO (tesa's e-commerce platform).
