Title: Meta Ads Specialist (Lead Generation) | Long-Term Partnership Description: We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to become a long-term partner and manage lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses. This is not a one-time project. We're looking for someone who enjoys optimizing campaigns, improving performance over time, and working closely with our team. Your Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns Build campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager Write and improve ad copy Recommend creative angles and testing ideas Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data Track key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversion rates Review Meta Pixel and event tracking Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement Work alongside our funnel and strategy team to improve lead quality Suggest new audiences, creatives, and campaign strategies Send a weekly email summarizing: What was done Campaign performance What's working What's not working Recommendations for the following week Requirements Minimum 2 years of Meta Ads experience or proven results managing successful campaigns Strong experience with lead generation (service-based businesses preferred) Comfortable analyzing data and making optimization decisions Able to work independently without constant supervision Strong communication skills Comfortable collaborating with a remote team Looking for a long-term partnership rather than one-off projects To Apply Please include: Your years of experience Industries you've worked with Examples of lead generation campaigns Average monthly ad spend you've managed Results you've achieved (CPL, ROAS, leads generated, etc.) Why you'd be a good fit for a long-term partnership Applications without relevant experience or examples will not be considered.
