I need a performance-minded specialist to take full control of our Google Ads and Facebook Ads so we consistently capture fresh, qualified mortgage leads from property investors right across the country. The goal is simple: convert ad spend into a predictable flow of investor enquiries that my brokerage team can close. Campaigns will run nation-wide, so you’ll need to segment audiences, craft compelling copy and creatives that speak directly to seasoned or aspiring property investors, and keep a close eye on CPL and conversion rate. I already have brand guidelines and landing pages in place; you’ll refine the messaging, set up (or tidy up) pixels, conversion tracking and any custom events, then launch, test and scale. Data transparency is important to me, so I expect concise weekly reports highlighting spend, leads generated, key optimisations and next steps. Key deliverables: • Campaign structure & keyword/audience research for both platforms • Ad copy, creative direction and split tests • Conversion and pixel tracking correctly configured • Ongoing bid, budget and audience optimisation • Weekly performance report with actionable insights If you’re confident you can lower our cost per funded loan while keeping volume high, let’s talk.
