• Market research: Analyze target audiences, identify growth opportunities, and uncover Market trends to inform strategic planning • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads • Paid Ads Management: Oversee and set up the performance of paid advertising campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize budget allocation and ROAS/ROI • Performance Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and produce detailed reports for stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve campaign strategies continuously • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing & E-Commerce team to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving revenue targets • Technologically Savvy: In-depth understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager/Youtube Creator Studio/TikTok Ads) and the latest marketing technologies. Experience with design tools and eCommerce platforms such as Magento and Shopify, is a plus • Backend familiarity with Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, TikTok and other marketplace seller center • Portfolio mentioning the projects undertaken so far would be preferred • Knowledge of basic/advanced CMS platform and Logistics process across countries Analytical Mindset: Proficient in managing, collecting, and analyzing data to drive actionable insights and optimize marketing performance • Attention to detail & ability to multi-tasking QUALIFICATION • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and over 3 years experience of Digital Marketing as similar scope of work is KEY • Relationship management welll also PLUS • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills • Effective selling/marketing sense and time management skills • Outstanding analytical skills • Fast learner about new working environment and adaptation ADDITIONAL SKILLS • Logical mindset is must • Good in working with data, analyzing and collecting among platforms • Good in both teams working and as individual • Brainstorming as needs and creative in working flow BENEFIT • Salary: 18 - 22 million Vietnamese Dong • 13th month salary • Working time: Mon – Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM • Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance following Law, contributed on full salary. • Professional, friendly, growth promoting & work-life balancing environment. • Gifts on company’s events and national holiday events given by company and Trade Union. • Opportunity to work directly with expats for English skill advancement, opportunity to get on-job-training for working and improving professional skill.
