I'm looking for an experienced podcast video editor to transform a 45-minute podcast into engaging, social-first content. Scope of Work 1. Create a 10-second trailer - High-impact opening designed to stop the scroll - Fast-paced editing with strong hooks - Suitable for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts - 9:16 vertical format 2. Create short-form content Identify the strongest moments from the podcast and edit them into multiple engaging short-form videos. Each reel should be optimised for social media with: - Dynamic captions - Jump cuts where appropriate - Zooms and motion graphics if they enhance engagement - B-roll or stock footage only where it genuinely adds value - Clean audio and colour correction - All videos delivered in a 9:16 vertical format. Style I'm looking for someone who understands modern social media editing. The content should feel premium, fast-paced and highly engaging, rather than simply clipping sections from the podcast.
