Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Brand Communications.
• Experience in FMCG or large multinational/local corporations is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in planning and executing PR campaigns for corporate and/or consumer brands.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across multiple departments and external partners.
• Passion for innovation with hands-on experience or interest in AI Communication, AI Optimization (AIO), Digital PR, AI Search, or related digital technologies being a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent English communication (both written and spoken), with the ability to work with international stakeholders and report to regional/global headquarters.

Mô tả công việc

• PR Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute PR initiatives to strengthen the company's corporate brand and product brand image.
• Partner with Brand teams to plan and implement PR activities supporting brand strategies, new product launches, and integrated communication campaigns, enhancing brand awareness, credibility, and consumer engagement.
• Collaborate with HR-GA and other internal departments to deliver internal communications, CSR initiatives, employer branding programs, and corporate events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, KOLs/KOCs, communication partners, and key stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
• AI Communication & AI Optimization (AIO)
• Lead the implementation of AI Communication and AI Optimization (AIO) initiatives to improve the company's visibility across AI-powered platforms.
• Collaborate with Headquarters (HQ), the DX Team, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop AI-friendly website content, including Topic Clusters, FAQs, and Knowledge Hub resources.
• Work closely with internal and external partners to strengthen the company's digital authority and enhance brand visibility across AI and digital platforms.
• Innovation & AI Adoption in PR
• Proactively research and leverage AI technologies to improve content creation, media management, communication effectiveness, and data analysis.
• Stay up to date with communication and AI trends, recommending innovative ideas to continuously improve PR performance and effectiveness.
