Scope of Work (SOW) Website Development & Content Update Scope of Work 1. Embassy Meetings Section • Create or update a dedicated section showcasing meetings with various Embassies. • Upload high-quality photographs of each meeting. • Add a brief description for every meeting, including: o Embassy Name o Meeting Date (where applicable) o Purpose of the meeting o Key discussion points and outcomes 2. Press Release Section • Update all recent press releases. • Add links to published news articles from media platforms. • Ensure each press release includes: o Title o Publication Date o Brief Summary o External Article Link 3. Partnerships & Collaborations • Create or update the Partnerships section. • Add recent partnership announcements. • Include company logos (where approved), brief descriptions, and announcement details. 4. Website Content Formatting • Correct formatting inconsistencies across all pages. • Improve text alignment, spacing, fonts, headings, and image placement. • Ensure a consistent design throughout the website. 5. Hyperlink Verification • Verify that all internal and external links are functional. • Update or replace broken links where necessary. 6. Performance & Quality Check • Test the website after all updates. • Resolve any formatting, display, or navigation issues before final delivery. Deliverables • Updated Embassy Meetings section. • Updated Press Release page with article links. • Updated Partnerships & Collaborations page. • Updated News & Media section. • Website formatting improvements across all relevant pages. • Responsive and tested website ready for deployment. 7. Website Updates (Two Websites) • Update and maintain both ChemVolt Global websites as part of this Scope of Work. • Perform all applicable content updates, formatting improvements, hyperlink verification, and quality assurance activities on both websites. • Ensure that all newly added content, including Embassy Meetings, Press Releases, Partnerships & Collaborations, and other relevant updates, is accurately reflected on both websites, wherever applicable. • Maintain consistency in design, formatting, navigation, and functionality across both websites. Timeline To be mutually agreed upon before project commencement. Acceptance Criteria The project shall be considered complete once all requested content has been uploaded, formatting issues have been resolved, links have been verified, and the website has been reviewed and approved by ChemVolt Global.
