• Lalamove Vietnam are hiring a Public Relations & Communications Associate in HCMC to drive our brand presence. If you have 2+ years of Content/PR experience and strong English skills, we’d love to connect!
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in Content & PR.
• Proven experience in Content, PR and media relations .
• Content (50%)
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to enhance SEO performance. Optimize website content for on-page and off-page SEO factors to improve organic search rankings.
• Develop and implement an effective content strategy to improve search engine rankings, and support overall business goals.
• Weekly/ Monthly produce SEO-optimized content (including blog posts, articles, landing pages, etc.) to increase organic traffic and website performance.
• Regularly monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Develop and edit media pitches, news releases, speeches, articles, interviews and other editorial collateral to garner positive media coverage.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• What you’ll do
• Manage and handle sensitive public issues and prevent reputational risk to the company's brand and image.
• Nurture current media relations as well as identify new potential media relations, including managing media interactions and follow-ups.
• Plan and execute press conferences, media briefings, and other PR events to promote the company’s initiatives and products.
• Others: Ad-hoc tasks/works assigned by Line Manager.
• Work time: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
• Work location: No. 10, Pho Quang Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC
• What you’ll need
• Be a networker and negotiator who can present the Lalamove brand confidently and strike an effective deal with mutual benefits.
• Strong communication skills & Proficiency in English skills.
• Communication (50%)
• Execute Communication plans to maximize brand awareness, such as Seeding, KOL, KOC and social community.
• Develop and implement PR & Communications plans, riding on various channels aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
• Manage and monitor PR & Communications plans to report performance and propose enhancements.
• Responsible for budgeting and planning in PR & Communications strategies.
• Handle administrative tasks, ensure campaigns’ related paperwork (e.g., contracts, invoices, approvals) is timely organized, tracked, and properly finished.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messages.
• Negotiation and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills..
