- If you’re comfortable juggling customer conversations with light social copywriting and enjoy helping users succeed, I’d love to hear how you’d approach the role and which time zone you can cover.
- Your primary focus will be customer service: responding to inquiries over email, live chat, and the occasional social DM with accurate, friendly, and timely answers. Clear written English and a calm, problem-solving attitude are essential.
