- Content style: short-form, entertainment-focused AI videos (face swaps, motion graphics, meme remixes).
- Creative production – re-edit or repurpose my existing AI clips so they meet Snapchat Spotlight’s pacing, aspect ratio and sound trends. Think Lens Studio effects, trending audio syncs, captions, hooks and clear CTAs that invite subs.
- Growth roadmap – a concrete strategy that projects follower milestones, leverages shout-outs, collabs or cross-platform funnels, and details how we’ll keep engagement ratios high while we scale.
- Transparent reporting – weekly dashboards showing reach, watch minutes, completion rate and follower delta so we can double down on what works.
