• Over 5 years healthcare marketing manager experience preferred
• Foreign healthcare company experience preferred
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, evaluate effectiveness and make quick decisions.
• Data-driven marketing mindset with a creative eye
• Management: Ability to manage time, tasks, and work independently and in a team.
• Studied marketing at foreign university preferred
• Qualifications: University degree in Communications, Marketing or related fields.
• Required Qualifications:
• Language: Fluent in English
• Project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
• Proficient in online marketing and social media strategy

• Hiring position: Marketing Manager
• Department: Marketing
• Market research and analysis
• o Market trend research and analysis
• o Competitor product, price, distribution strategy monitoring and analysis o Customer needs research and analysis o Market(customer) segmentation.
• Market strategy building and performing
• o Product marketing planning: Develop comprehensive marketing plans for company equipment and products; create promotional plans to drive product awareness and sales.
• o Event organization: Plan, organize and execute events such as exhibitions, seminars, workshops and corporate events.
• o Customer acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels to drive sales.
• o Media channels: Maintain and enhance the company's presence on media channels, including social media, websites and other digital platforms.
• o Branding positioning and distinguishing points developing.
• Sales activity support
• o Making sales materials
• o Building distribution expanding plan with sales team
• KPI management and reporting
• o Setting and analysis each marketing plan and activities KPI o Regular report about market
• Market and Competitor Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key influencers (KOLs) in the dental industry; Collaborate with KOLs to promote products and enhance brand reputation.
