• 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in Mobile App User Acquisition.
• Experience Requirement
• Experience in Subscription, IAP, or Freemium mobile products.
• Experience running performance campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
• Proven experience managing global performance campaigns.
• Familiarity with AppsFlyer/Adjust and Firebase is preferred.
• Strong learning ability and data-driven mindset.
• Tool stack: AppsFlyer, SensorTower, AppTweak, Firebase, Amplitude/Mixpanel, Superwall/RevenueCat
• Solid understanding of Subscription/IAP business models.
• Proficient in monitoring and optimizing key UA KPIs, including CPI, CTR, CVR, Spend, ROAS, Cost/Trial, Cost/Paid, and Creative Win Rate
• Ability to analyze cohorts, retention, LTV, and ROAS.
• Strong knowledge of mobile attribution and MMP metrics.
• Basic understanding of P&L and UA budget optimization.
• Execute ad campaigns by app, network, and geo.
• Analyze cohorts, track LTV to adjust business strategy.
• Able to perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaign settings
• Basic knowledge of mobile attribution (AppsFlyer/Adjust/Firebase).
• Required skills
• Able to independently identify creative winners and optimization opportunities.
• Monitor and optimize CPI, CTR, CVR, Spend, ROAS, Cost/Trial, Cost/Paid, creative win rate.
• Proactively test new audiences, expand ad networks.
