I run a single WooCommerce-powered .com store that also serves four regional versions under their own URLs. I need a thorough audit of two key areas—overall SEO performance and onsite user experience—followed by concrete improvements that you will implement yourself. The SEO side of the review must dig into duplicate-content risks between the main site and its regional counterparts, keyword optimisation across product and category pages, and the health of our backlink profile. I already track behaviour and conversions in Google Analytics, so your findings should reference that data as a primary source; you are welcome to pull insights from any other platform you prefer as well. On the UX front, I want practical recommendations that tighten page load times, streamline navigation, and smooth the checkout flow. Where the audit surfaces quick wins—such as canonical tag fixes, hreflang adjustments, or template tweaks—I expect those carried out as part of this engagement. Deliverables • Written audit report covering SEO and UX, prioritised by impact and effort • Implementation of the high-impact fixes agreed upon after the report review • Post-implementation verification using Google Analytics data and any testing you deem useful If the collaboration proves effective, I have budget set aside for an ongoing monthly retainer to keep performance and user experience moving in the right direction.
