My channel already publishes regular content, yet most videos plateau well below the first search page. The sole objective of this project is to boost individual video rankings across YouTube search and suggested feeds. Here is what the engagement should cover: • Audit every existing upload and pinpoint on-page SEO gaps. • Data-driven keyword research—long-tail, semantic and competitor terms—using tools such as TubeBuddy, vidIQ, Ahrefs or similar. • Rewrite or refine titles, descriptions, tags and closed-captions, plus recommend thumbnail and playlist tweaks that influence watch-time and click-through rate. • Supply a before-and-after metrics snapshot so we can track rank movement and retention improvements. • Provide a concise checklist I can apply to future uploads to keep results consistent. To be considered, attach a detailed project proposal outlining: • Your end-to-end workflow and the tools you intend to use. • A timeline showing when I should start seeing measurable ranking shifts. • One or two concrete case studies where you moved videos onto page one for their target keywords (links or screenshots welcome). Once we agree on the plan, you’ll receive channel access for implementation.
