• Scope and General Purpose of Job
• Lead the Brand & Product team within the Creative Department to spearhead the growth, strategic roadmap, and market presence of our F&B brand.
• This role bridges creative vision with commercial execution, taking full ownership of new product pipelines, campaign planning, performance evaluation, and brand ecosystem development while mentoring team members to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Main Duties
• Formulate, own, and execute comprehensive roadmaps and strategic plans for new product development (NPD) and product marketing, ensuring direct alignment with the overall brand vision.
• Drive market-entry (go-to-market) strategies for product rollouts, managing timelines, demand forecasting, and cross-functional collaborations to maximize business results.
• Partner strategically with the Creative Manager to establish and approve creative concepts, campaign ideas, visual standards, and product stories that elevate the brand's identity.
• Oversee and enforce absolute brand consistency across all touchpoints, including packaging structures, communication materials, marketing collateral, and spatial retail activations.
• Lead comprehensive campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis; track performance metrics, ROI, brand health, and sales impact to deliver actionable insights for continuous strategy optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and foster the professional growth of team members (executives and specialists), setting clear KPIs/OKRs and monitoring performance.
• Direct comprehensive market research and consumer insight initiatives to identify evolving trends, analyze competitor movement, map customer preferences, and discover new market demands.
• Manage the overall marketing and project execution timelines, ensuring seamless synchronization between the Creative team and other internal departments (R&D, Operations, Supply Chain).
• Initiate and manage strategic collaborations with external partners, agencies, vendors, and cross-industry co-branding opportunities to expand brand equity.
• Proactively manage project risks, allocate budgets efficiently, and lead high-level troubleshooting to prevent campaign delivery bottlenecks.
