Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility.
The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement.
The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users.
Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market.

About the Team
Currently nested under the Affiliates team, the Aff & Content Program team is responsible for:
Owning and operating priority platform programs, including content-focused and new SKU growth initiatives (e.g., Shopee Debut)
Driving strategic planning and performance monitoring to scale and expand the affiliate ecosystem.
Planning and executing initiatives to scale KOL/KOC-driven commerce performance
Optimizing content discovery logic and user engagement across the platform
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 1 year of experience in Marketing, Affiliate, E-commerce, excluding internships
- Ability to work effectively under high pressure and tight timelines
- Having business knowledge (E-commerce, Business Development, Marketing)
- Fresh graduate/
- Intermediate in Excel
- Growth mindset & learning attitude
- Excellence in written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Good communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset

- Program Management:
- Support and execute Creator programs, ensuring terms are delivered as planned.
- Curate and shape creator-generated content to elevate user experience and content performance, ensuring it meets brand and platform standards.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with internal teams to secure resources and ensure creator initiatives are synergistic with broader program goals.
- Problem-Solving: Have an eagerness to identify execution bottlenecks across workstreams, propose solutions, and drive stakeholders toward resolution.
- Data-Driven Optimization & Reporting
- Define, track, evaluate, and be in charge of program metrics.
