Mô tả công việc - Responsible for work with existing ad/media network/KOL/KOC/digital partners. - Managing partner needs including, deal negotiations, reporting, tracking, paperwork and offering setup information. - Providing a continual flow of feedback to provide Client Servicing team support on selling advertising on Digital. - Reviewing new potential offers and providing feedback. - Acting as an interface with operations, accounting, technology, and Client Servicing team. - Setting up and managing ongoing communication with publishers. - Identifying candidates for network membership. - Recruiting target publishers/KOL/KOC into media networks and ongoing communication to member sites around content or ad campaigns. - Guiding new publisher account managers. - Maintaining long-term business relationships with clients, and participating in retention drives. - Reporting directly to the Partnership Manager and Business Director. Yêu cầu công việc - Have a bachelor’s degree and prior exposure to media selling. - Excellent negotiation skills are important for a publisher account manager position. - Working in a Creative/ Digital agency is an advantage. Quyền lợi được hưởng - Pay rate of 4,500,000 VND per month (including 10% personal income tax). - Working Time: 9:00 – 18:00, Monday – Friday. - Transportation & phone support: according to the company’s policy for using Be business. - Awards and gifts on special occasions (Birthday, Marriage, Mourning, Sickness, Women’s Day; Mid-Autumn Festival; Christmas, New Year…). - Fully equipped with equipment and tools, documents according to Company policy (email; computer/laptop; desk & chair; etc.). - Fun time: Holiday activities; Company trip; Year End Party; Company Birthday; Culture Day; Town Hall. - A free snack area from the company: refrigerator, microwave, light snacks… - Other welfare & support regimes according to the Company’s general regulations. - Flexible Working Hours: 1.5 hours flexible arrival/departure twice per month; and 1 WFH day per week according to the Company’s policy.
