We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing & Growth Manager to take ownership of our digital growth strategy and help scale our online business. I need an experienced marketer who can own SEO, run profitable PPC campaigns on Google, Facebook and Instagram, and craft social strategies that lift brand awareness. Your mission is threefold: first, tighten up our organic presence with a thorough SEO audit, hands-on on-page fixes and a forward-looking content roadmap. Next, build and optimise search and paid-social campaigns, continually testing creative, audiences and bids to hit aggressive ROAS and CPA targets. Finally, turn our social channels into a top-of-funnel magnet, using both paid and organic tactics to grow reach and engagement among food-loving shoppers. Deliverables • Comprehensive SEO audit + 90-day keyword & content plan • Always-on PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) with weekly performance reports and clear optimisation actions • Monthly social performance summary showing growth in impressions, followers and traffic attributed to social Acceptance criteria • 20% lift in organic sessions within 60 days • ROAS ≥ 4 across paid channels by month three • 30% increase in social reach quarter-over-quarter If you have a proven track record scaling eCommerce brands with data-driven tactics and you’re comfortable owning the entire growth stack, let’s talk.
