A. Responsibilities Content & Creative • Develop content for direct marketing and B2B lead generation, including email campaigns, landing page, website, and outreach materials. • Manage and grow social community channels (Facebook page, Facebook Groups, Zalo, etc). • Manage and grow social media and community channels, including Facebook Pages, Facebook Groups, Zalo, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. • Produce high-quality content with strong storytelling, ensuring consistency across campaigns. • Develop and optimize content following SEO principles (keyword research, on-page optimization, content structure) to improve visibility and organic traffic. • Research and understand target audiences (partners, parents, students) to create relevant and engaging content. • Create audience-specific content for parents, students, schools, and business partners across different customer segments. • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and positioning. • Prepare clear content briefs for designers and video editors, including key messages, concepts, and expected deliverables. • Review and refine visual and video content to ensure alignment with content direction and brand messaging. • Collaborate with the marketing team and other teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Growth Marketing & Online Events • Plan and organize online events (webinars, workshops, information sessions, etc.). • Develop event agenda, key messages, and content flow. • Coordinate with internal teams (Casst, Sales, Marketing) to prepare event materials. • Collaborate with the line manager to develop growth marketing plans and campaign strategies. • Execute lead generation campaigns targeting parents, students, schools, and B2B partners. • Support the creation of landing pages, registration forms, email nurturing workflows, and follow-up journeys. • Track customer journeys from registration to consultation, assessment, meetings, and enrollment. • Optimize conversion funnels, CTAs, landing pages, forms, and marketing content. • Track lead sources using UTM parameters, campaign codes, or partner codes. • Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure leads are assigned and followed up within the agreed SLA. • Support paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels. • Coordinate with KOCs, communities, and strategic partners to expand customer reach. • Create event-related content: invitations, landing pages, email communications, follow-up, etc. • Monitor and evaluate event performance (attendance, engagement, conversion rates). • Coordinate event logistics together with the line manager. • Build all communication content for online events. • Manage registrations, reminder schedules, and participant attendance. • Collect participant feedback and recommend improvements for future events. Analytics & Reporting • Collect and analyze data from content, campaigns, online events, and paid advertising. • Monitor key KPIs including website traffic, engagement, lead volume, contact rate, attendance rate, qualified leads, conversion rate, and drop-off rate. • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports. • Collaborate with the Sales team to review lead quality and analyze reasons for non-conversion. • Recommend improvements to campaigns, content, and marketing channels based on data insights. Additional Tasks • Support content creation for paid ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.). • Support the translation and localization of marketing materials and internal documents. • Handle other tasks as assigned by the line manager. B. Requirements Requirements • 2-3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or related fields. • Strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion funnels, landing pages, email marketing, and social media marketing. • Experience in planning and executing lead generation campaigns is highly preferred. • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. • Analytical mindset, with the ability to extract insights to improve content performance. • Ability to analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements. • Strong problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to addressing challenges in content and campaign execution. • Comfortable using AI tools as supporting tools only, not as the primary source of content creation. • Excellent communication skills (oral and written). • Able to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively. • Good command of written English. • Experience using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress, Canva, CRM systems, or similar marketing tools is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in international education, EdTech, English centers, or study abroad consulting. • Experience planning student recruitment campaigns, webinars, or online events. • Experience producing content for both B2B and B2C audiences. • Knowledge of SEO, email automation, and Meta Ads. • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful lead generation and conversion results.
