About the Position

As Growth Marketer at Secomus, you’ll be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives.

You’ll develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

You’ll own all of our marketing channels and measure their success.

You’ll be in charge of creating a digital marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals.

Ideally, all this will result in customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

Ultimately, as Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll make sure our message reaches our target audience so that the team can enter the next stage of growth.

About the candidates

Growth marketing specialist:

You’re familiar with SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

You’re highly creative and have experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.

You can optimize landing pages and user funnels.

You are skilled in experimentation.

You have a solid knowledge of website analytics tools.

You have a working knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising.

You have strong analytical skills.

You see exciting marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends.

Proficiency in the English language is preferable (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent)

Growth marketing manager:

At least 5 years in Sales & Marketing or a similar position.

Good management skills
