- Comfortable working with different people and supporting hands-on activities.
- Basic knowledge of Canva / Google Workspace.
- Good English communication skills are a plus.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Creative and interested in events, communications, or design.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Careful and organized when handling documents and tasks.
Mô tả công việc
- Support the team in organizing internal events, training sessions, and employee activities, including materials, registration, venue setup, and other logistics.
- Assist with internal surveys, feedback forms and event/training records.
- Support internal communications by preparing announcements, invitations, posters, and other materials using Canva or similar tools.
- Support administrative tasks, including document preparation and event payment-related paperwork.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers when needed. Support other L&OD activities and HR projects as assigned.
- Internship term: 6 months
- Can work full-time 5 days/week, 09:00 - 18:00
