Mô tả công việc

• Support the creation and adaptation of marketing content for EDM, Zalo OA, Facebook, and other digital channels.
• Assist in executing CRM campaigns to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.
• Coordinate the development of marketing materials and ensure they align with brand guidelines.
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to support campaign execution.
• Maintain content calendars, prepare campaign reports, and analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
