- We are looking for a hands-on Telegram native advertising specialist to acquire a real, relevant audience from the UK, Ireland and Western Europe.
- This is not a content creation, organic social media, SEO, Meta Ads or Google Ads role. We provide all football predictions, analysis and core content. Your responsibility is paid audience acquisition through relevant Telegram channels and native placements.
- NinetyEdge is an English-language football analysis brand focused on transparent, data-driven predictions and publicly tracked results.

- Research and evaluate football, sports analytics and betting-related Telegram channels;
- Assess audience quality, engagement, view patterns, subscriber growth and advertising history;
- Identify suspicious traffic, manipulated statistics and unsuitable acquisition sources;
- Verify whether the audience is relevant to the UK, Ireland and Western Europe;
- Contact channel administrators or use established advertising marketplaces;
- Negotiate placement price, format, timing and duration;
- Present every proposed channel and expense for approval before any advertising spend;
- Create separate tracking for every placement;
- Monitor joins, conversion, acquisition cost and subscriber retention;
- Produce a final report identifying which sources should be scaled, retested or stopped.
- Mandatory experience:
- You must have personally managed paid native placements for Telegram channels.
- Experience limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, general social media management or content creation is not sufficient for this position.
- Application requirements:
- Start your proposal with the words: NATIVE MEDIA BUYER
- Then answer the following questions:
- Describe the most recent Telegram native advertising campaign you personally managed. Include the month and year, niche, target countries, approximate advertising spend, number of placements, subscribers acquired, cost per subscriber and retention period measured.
- What is the practical difference between:
- Direct placement negotiated with a channel administrator;
- Placement purchased through a marketplace;
- An official sponsored-message advertising campaign?
- How do you verify whether a channel genuinely has a UK or Western European audience when direct GEO data is unavailable?
- What warning signs would make you reject a channel even if it has strong subscriber and view numbers?
- Will you personally complete the work, or will it be assigned to another agency member?
- Evidence required:
- Please attach original, redacted screenshots or exports from at least one previous campaign. Sensitive client information may be hidden.
- Do not create a new presentation, reconstructed dashboard or document branded for NinetyEdge. Newly created summaries without original supporting evidence will not be accepted as proof of past results.
- Finalists may be asked to explain one previous campaign and its metrics during an Upwork video interview.
- Paid 14-day test:
- Total management fee: $200
- Milestone 1 – Research and verification: $50
- Audit the current acquisition setup;
- Create a shortlist of at least 10 relevant channels;
- Provide audience-quality, GEO, pricing and risk assessment;
- Recommend the strongest initial placements;
- No advertising expense may be incurred during this milestone.
- Milestone 2 – Campaign execution and reporting: $150
- Manage only the placements approved by the client;
- Set up separate attribution for every placement;
- Monitor acquisition performance and retention;
- Provide a final report and scaling recommendations.
- Separate advertising budget: $300–500
- All channels and advertising expenses require written approval in advance.
- Not permitted:
- Purchased or artificial subscribers;
- Automated, incentivized or forced-join traffic;
- Unverified sources;
- Guaranteed follower packages;
- Advertising expenditure without prior approval;
- Subcontracting the project without disclosure.
- Successful completion of the test may lead to ongoing monthly work.

- Những cam kết kéo dài nhiều tháng rất khó rút lui khi có trục trặc — thay vì dồn toàn bộ thù lao về cuối hợp đồng, hãy thoả thuận nhận lương theo tuần hoặc theo từng đợt bàn giao để rủi ro luôn ở mức chịu được.
