I’m ready to grow my fashion label on TikTok and I need a marketer who lives and breathes both the platform and the fashion scene. Your main objective will be to craft and execute a TikTok-first strategy that builds real brand recognition and drives shoppers to my collection. Here’s the core of what I’m after: • Develop a content calendar that blends trend-driven videos, behind-the-scenes looks, and product highlights. • Write compelling hooks, captions, and calls-to-action tailored to fashion-savvy audiences. • Handle posting, community engagement, and hashtag research so the feed stays active and on-brand. • Analyse performance weekly, then fine-tune creative direction, posting times, and spend to keep views and follows climbing. Acceptance criteria • First 30-day calendar delivered within five days of kickoff. • Minimum of three TikTok posts per week published on schedule. • Weekly report summarising key metrics (views, engagement, follower growth) and next-step recommendations.
