Here’s what the role looks like: • Administrative backbone – Keep my inbox under control, flagging only the messages that need my direct input. – Enter and update data accurately in spreadsheets or our CRM. – Run light online research when I need quick competitor snapshots, industry stats, or fresh content ideas. • Customer-first support – Monitor and handle live-chat inquiries during agreed hours, resolving straightforward questions yourself and escalating anything complex. • Social presence that stays active – Plan, schedule, and engage on Instagram and Twitter: draft captions, queue posts, and respond to comments or DMs in a timely, friendly voice that matches our brand tone. Solid written English, an eye for detail, and the confidence to work independently are essential. Previous experience juggling digital marketing tasks and customer service is highly valued and will let you hit the ground running.
