• 2 to 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce Operations, or Performance Marketing, preferably within F&B, FMCG, retail, or consumer brands.

• Proven experience operating TikTok Shop and Shopee, with hands-on execution of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopee Ads.
• Strong understanding of social commerce, performance metrics (GMV, ROAS, CVR, AOV, CAC), and customer behavior to drive online revenue.
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, collaborating across teams, and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Digital Marketing Budget Control: No more than two (2) consecutive months exceeding the approved marketing budget.
• Digital Marketing Performance: No more than two (2) consecutive months of declining performance in revenue attributed to digital marketing campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with strong project management and execution skills.
• Expectations
• Execution Timeliness: No more than three (3) missed deadlines in executing tasks assigned by the manager
• KPIs and targets may be reviewed and adjusted periodically based on business priorities and performance.
• Fluency in Vietnamese is required. Good command of English is a plus.

Mô tả công việc

• We are looking for a commercial-minded and execution-driven E-commerce & Performance Marketing Executive to manage and scale our online presence across the brand ecosystem.
• This full-time role balances E-commerce Operations & Social Commerce (~50%), managing storefronts on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Instant Delivery Apps (Grab, Xanh SM, Be), Livestreams, and Affiliate networks, with Paid Performance Marketing (~50%) across Meta, Google, and Platform Ads.
• You will play a key role in driving channel growth and converting digital traffic into sustainable revenue.
• E-commerce Operations & Campaign Execution (~50%)
• Storefront Management: Manage day-to-day operations on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Delivery Apps. Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, pricing, combos, vouchers, and flash sales.
• Campaign & Platform Engagement: Plan and execute sales campaigns, mega events, and livestream deals; negotiate visibility slots and subsidies with platform KAMs.
• Inventory & Cross-functional Alignment: Track channel inventory and work closely with Warehouse, CS, and Operation teams to ensure stock availability, timely fulfillment, and smooth customer experience.
• Livestream & Affiliate Commerce: Coordinate with Livestream, Content, and KOC/MCN Affiliate networks to push key SKUs, track creator GMV, and execute live promotional flows.
• Performance Marketing & Digital Optimization (~50%)
• Paid Media Execution: Set up, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (CPAS, Conversions), Google Ads, Shopee Ads, and TikTok Shop Ads.
• Creative Testing & Funnel Optimization: Test ad formats, creative hooks, copy angles, and audience segments to improve CTR and CVR while controlling CPO/CPA and target ROAS/CIR.
• Commercial Analytics & Reporting: Track daily/weekly metrics (GMV, Traffic, CVR, ROAS, AOV, CIR) and prepare actionable reports to identify growth opportunities and optimize channel P&L.
