Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies for two growing brands: 1. Eternix (Web3/Crypto) A blockchain-based project focused on decentralized finance, sustainable tokenomics, and community-driven growth. 2. FashionRoads (E-commerce) An online fashion marketplace focused on delivering a premium shopping experience through data-driven marketing and customer acquisition. This is a long-term opportunity for the right freelancer who can demonstrate measurable business growth. ⸻ Scope of Work For Eternix (Crypto/Web3) * Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. * Grow our presence on X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn. * Create and manage content calendars. * Build and engage the community. * Plan campaigns, AMAs, contests, and partnership initiatives. * Coordinate with influencers and KOLs. * Increase website traffic, community engagement, and token awareness. * Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements. ⸻ For FashionRoads (E-commerce) * Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. * Optimize customer acquisition campaigns. * Improve website conversion rates. * Create remarketing campaigns. * Develop email and WhatsApp marketing strategies. * Support SEO and content marketing initiatives. * Increase online sales while maintaining efficient ROAS. ⸻ Required Skills * Google Ads * Meta Ads Manager * Google Analytics 4 (GA4) * Google Tag Manager (GTM) * SEO * Email Marketing * Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) * Performance Marketing * Social Media Marketing * Content Strategy Preferred Skills * Web3/Crypto Marketing * Community Management (Telegram/Discord) * Shopify or other e-commerce platforms * Influencer Marketing * AI-powered marketing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc.) ⸻ Deliverables The selected freelancer will be expected to: * Prepare a 90-day marketing strategy for both brands. * Launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns. * Deliver a monthly content calendar. * Provide weekly performance reports. * Recommend growth experiments and optimization opportunities. * Track and report KPIs such as website traffic, leads, conversions, ROAS, CAC, engagement, and community growth. ⸻ Ideal Candidate * 3+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing. * Proven success with e-commerce brands. * Experience managing measurable paid campaigns. * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Experience in Web3/Crypto marketing is a significant advantage.
