Here’s what I’m looking for: • A consistent content plan tailored to both platforms, with eye-catching visuals and captions that invite responses. • Daily or near-daily posting, scheduled through tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer or a similar scheduler you trust. • Active community management: replying to comments and DMs, encouraging user-generated content and fostering genuine conversations. • Growth tactics that stay within platform guidelines—smart hashtag research, collaborations, reels, stories, the works. • Clear performance reporting each week so I can see how reach, impressions and engagement are moving.
